Guinea, located in Western Africa, is officially known as the Republic of Guinea. Guinea is a member of the World Trade Organization. The agriculture industry of the country has a potential for significant growth since soil, water and climate are suitable for farming. Main crops of the country are rice, coffee, pineapples, bananas, palm kernels, cassava and sweet potatoes. Guinea is the 2nd largest producer of Bauxite and it is also the leading export of the country. Gold and diamonds are mined and exported as well.
